MA AThR

MA Art Therapy · 15 years experience

"Finding passion in the process rather than perfection in the product" is my Mantra. Trauma-informed, neuro-diversity affirming Art Psychotherapist. Clinical Supervisor. Group/individual - online/in person. Corporate workshops. Psychoed sessions. I bring a warm, playful, intuitive approach to my work. Experiencing several relocations with a young family gave insight into building resilience; creating a sense of belonging and how to connect with clients during life's unpredictable unfolding. With an established private practice for 14 years, I work across the lifespan on a broad range of concerns through trauma-informed/ strengths based / attachment theory lenses. Years of experience in the special needs arena includes cognitive/physical needs, neurodiversity, adults with ABI/Stroke. Through Sydney's Memory Innovations Centre I developed & curated programs for ageing adults living with wellbeing and /or cognitive concerns, creating innovative online programs during Covid19.

Lived Experience: Broad range of lived experiences contributing towards an holistic approach to therapy and supervision.
