The insecurity, perfectionism, relationship struggles, and worries spin like a washing machine in your head. You often feel stuck in your mind with all these chattering voices, unable to "fix it". The negative body image impacts your choices and daily life. It's all pretty overwhelming, so you find comforting ways to numb out... You might go on autopilot for days before you even realize. But you're self-aware. You want to understand your patterns and process your past. You are ready to slow down, feel your feelings, and develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I'm your millennial neurodivergent therapist with lived experience of trauma and eating disorders. My style of therapy is honest, warm, expressive, and humorous with a LGBTQ-affirming lens. I use IFS, somatic, art, and relational approaches. I am here to make a safe space for all your parts to process the feelings that are too scary to be felt alone.
