Master Art Therapy · 16 years experience
With more than twenty years of international experience in art therapy, I bring a deeply inclusive, trauma-informed, and creatively grounded approach to mental-health care. I have a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Univ de Barcelona, practiced across Europe and North America in hospitals, schools, research settings, private practice, and community organizations. My clinical experience includes working with neurodivergent children and youth, adults facing anxiety, depression, or trauma, and individuals with cognitive, sensory, or physical challenges. Drawing from trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based techniques, psychodynamic principles, and person-centered practices, accompanies clients in their healing process through attentive listening, empathy, and compassion, while supporting creative expression, emotional regulation, and identity development within a safe and inclusive environment.
