It can be exhausting to navigate a world that demands you camouflage your natural way of being. I invite you into a neurodiversity-affirming sanctuary where you can soften the need to perform, rebuild self-trust, and move toward empowerment. Grounded in a social justice lens and lived expertise, my practice is a warm, collaborative partnership where you are always the expert on your own life. To honour your unique needs, I draw eclectically from Person-Centered, Narrative, Somatic, Art, and Expressive Arts Therapy, alongside techniques from DBT and IFS—no art experience is needed. I welcome individuals (8+) across the 2SLGBTQIAP+, neurodivergent, and disability spectrums, specializing in unmasking, identity exploration, trauma, chronic illness, and anxiety. Together, we will co-create a safer space. Whether engaging in deep emotional processing, exploring creativity, or developing practical tools, our work attunes to whatever you need to support a wellness that is uniquely yours.
