Sometimes we lose the connection with our inner selves, or we don't feel comfortable in our skin anymore (or have never). Life is full of transitions, some feel small, some feel insurmountable. I will be there to consistently provide you with a safe space where you can explore your self, your needs, wishes. Together we will figure out how we can get you where you want to be, learning new strategies as we go. As an art therapist, I have arts based tools to help you in addition to the traditional therapeutic skills. My work is also informed by my lived experiences. I’ve worked with the neurodivergent population 20+ yrs in public education. I am a parent, partner with chronic illness. I have been the caregiver to parents, and survived the subsequent grief of their losses. I have been bullied, dealt with addiction, trauma and chronic stress with resiliency. I have "lost" my sense of self, but returned stronger each time. Please reach out so we can reacquaint you with your lost parts.
