Diploma in Art Therapy · 2 years experience
Welcome, I'm Anne I'm a professional art therapist, member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA), a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT) and a practicing visual artist. Originally from Montreal, I now reside in Victoria, BC, where I provide art therapy services to individuals, child-parent dyads, and groups. My therapeutic approach is integrative and rooted in the postmodern paradigm one that values diversity and acknowledges that no single method can encompass the complexity of human experience. I believe that each person is unique, and therefore, every therapeutic journey should be as well. Whether you're navigating personal challenges or seeking creative self-discovery, I tailor therapeutic work to support your needs and meet you where you are on your creative self-exploration.
